Job Type
- Full Time 8 hours per working day (Mon-Fri)
Job Status
- Permanent (Subject to a 3-month probationary period)
Role
- This position involves processing requests and arranging export-import of freights and shipments within Europe or across the globe. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail. The suitable candidate will be a highly organized team player who thrives under pressure and delivers quality service to all stakeholders.
- Advanced knowledge of English, proficiency in math, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office software are essential.
Job description
- Coordinate with agents on the organization of air import shipments
- Handle the receipt of cargo
- Arrange customs clearance
- Arrange cargo delivery to the customer
- Make Import offers to the customers
- Coordinate invoicing for the services
Key requirements
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in German
- Excellent customer services
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized
- Computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
