Job Type
- Full- Time (Mon-Fri) – working hours to match Czech Office Hours
Job Status
- Permanent (3-month probation period)
Role
- This position involves handling customs declarations for our international customs team operating on the German and Dutch markets. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Job description
- Customs representation of clients in the German and Dutch market
- Issuance of customs forms in appropriate customs software
- Communication with our MW offices and clients in DE and NL
- Communication with customs authorities in DE and NL
- Work with local customs software DE and NL
- Responsibility for the proper documentation filing
Key requirements
- Advanced English knowledge
- Advanced German knowledge
- Experience with customs brokerage/declarations is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized
- Computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Positive attitude to the job, drive to learn something different/new
- Flexibility and reliability
