We are looking for an Italian Speaking Customs Operations Clerk for our office in Armenia, Yerevan. You will have a good opportunity to further develop your career and grow with us.
Please note! The job is shift base 24/7 and will require to work during weekends and night/evening hours
Job Type
- Full-Time (Mon-Fri) – 40 hours per week.
Job Status
- Permanent (3-month probation period )
Role
- This position involves handling customs declarations for our international customs team operating on Italian and Austrian markets. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Job description
- Customs representation of clients in the Italian and Austrian market
- Issuance of customs forms in appropriate customs software
- Communication with our MW offices and clients in IT and AT
- Communication with customs authorities in IT and AT
- Work with local customs software in IT and AT
- Responsibility for the proper documentation filing
Key requirements
- Advanced English knowledge
- Advanced Italian knowledge
- Experience with customs brokerage/declarations is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized
- Computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Positive attitude to the job, drive to learn something different/new
- Flexibility and reliability
