Maurice Ward Greece is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join its dynamic team. This role focuses on providing top-notch customer service and supporting commercial activities, ensuring smooth coordination and successful shipment management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cost Management & Pricing: Prepare and manage cost structures, build competitive pricelists, and submit accurate quotations.
  • Shipment Monitoring: Oversee and monitor the entire shipment process, ensuring that all shipments are processed and tracked effectively.
  • Coordination & Communication: Serve as the key point of contact, coordinating all parties involved in the shipment (customers, partners, agents) to ensure smooth communication and timely updates.
  • Customer Service Improvement: Proactively take actions to enhance the customer service experience.
  • Sales Support: Provide pre-sales, on-sales, and after-sales support, ensuring all customer inquiries and needs are handled efficiently.
  • Commercial Activities Support: Assist in sales calls and support commercial activities to help grow the business.
  • Vendor Invoice Management: Enter and monitor vendors’ invoices to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Revenue Invoice Issuance: Prepare and issue revenue invoices to maintain accurate financial records.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
  • Previous experience in customer service, freight forwarding, or logistics is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in data entry and invoice management systems.
