We are looking for an experienced Freight Forwarder for our new, growing office in Gardermoen, Norway. We are offering a bright future in a European company that has been in logistics for 50+ years where you will be given the opportunity to grow in a new, small and respectful team.
Full training will be provided on using our in-house systems.
Job responsibilities
- You will be focused on Air and Sea freight operations
- Daily communication with clients, agents and partners all over the world
- Handling and follow up of import & export shipments
- Handling of rate quotes and documentation requirements
Required qualification
- Experience in Air and Sea freight, export/import
- Great communication skills, minimum Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
- Proficient with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Structured, accurate and independent
- Detail-oriented and strong follow-up skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Calm under pressure
