LCL Freight Agent
We are looking for an LCL Freight Agent for our office in Kněževes, Czech Republic. We are offering a bright future in a European company that has been in logistics for 50+ years where you will be given the opportunity to grow in a new, small and respectful team.
Full training will be provided on using our in-house systems.
Job responsibilities
- Manage current customers and develop new relationships in order to grow customer base
- Provide professional collaboration and coordination of full cycle customer service from contract to delivery
- Taking orders from customers
- Arranging the pickup of cargo and freight for delivery
- Negotiating the transport of goods
- Determining shipping charges and tariffs through preparation of bills of lading
Required qualifications
- Preferably already some experience in logistics
- Language skills: good knowledge of Czech and English
- Proficient with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented and strong follow-up skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Soft skills
- Team player who can also work independently
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A natural drive and a lot of energy
